Our executive team oversees the overall operation of the Collaborative, ensuring forward movement of all sub-committees and transparent communication with the Steering Committee.
Our Steering Committee drives the vision and overarching roadmap for the Collaborative. They maintain oversight of the projects that our Sub-Committees are working on, and ensure that the Executive Committee is on track.
The Production Sub-Committee focuses on projects and initiatives that promote the local, sustainable production of nutritious food.
The Distribution Sub-Committee focuses their efforts on ensuring physical access to nutritious and affordable food, including transportation as well as sufficient seller locations within the Pottstown Area.
The Consumption Sub-Committee focuses on projects, initiatives, and events that educate the community on quick and easy preparation of meals, as well as food waste reduction.
